The graphics are simple, but well polished. A nice design choice is that the locked features menus are hidden until you unlock them during the game, so the player doesn't feel overwhelmed with so many options at the beginning. It get little bit grindy after some point as every idle game, but it's cool either way.

Definitely a one of a type game, I love the art style and the whole magic system, a critique I have is that there are definitely some choices that are WAY superior to others and I wish the other options were buffed, and a common thing you'll see in other reviews is that this game can get real grindy. Other than that, I and many others seem to just want more, more art, more choices and in general more, I'm very interested in seeing what this dev cooks up.

needs more!! took me like a month of on/off playing to collect every legacy and upgrade (almost done with expeditions) and it's really well made. the only issue is the severe fall off of upgrades, instead replaced with massive boosts every few days of grinding. I'd also like more late game options as I'm reaching the point (after SxQa runes) that there is just nothing left

I would happily pay $5 for a x5 increase to the tap rate when you hold down on the screen. It would spare my wrist for the work I do. It is right at about the difference between my tap speed and the hold down auto tap speed, as I feel it would it be for the typical . I don't want to an autoclicker and the sped up auto click upgrade happens very late into the game. I think this would not interfere with the intended experience for anybody and I won't be constantly taking screenshots.

I like the endless stream of symbols meant to represent the notes in the grimoire. Any chance for options to change the text color? Would be cool if active tapping sometimes (very rarely) produced special notes that looked different and maybe grant some very small bonus. I have hit a wall, with over 52 days played I still haven't unlocked expeditions. I see other reviews saying people completed most of the game within a month or so, so I guess I'm really bad at it.

Only ad intrusion is from willingly clicking a 2.5x boost for four hours (that stacks). UI is simple enough to easily understand, and nice and clean looking. Gameplay is quick and easy to get, with the ability to CHOOSE tapping or idling as your main generation source (after about an hour into game). Plenty to progress through and a nice, light back story as you go. Special achievements that take a little effort also reward you with bonus features and boosts. Absolutely a 5/5

The game is fun, if you like idle games that is. Problems come from the later stages. I've played for 22 days, and I'm lacking one 'achievement' in game. Realistically, I have to triple(or more) my current progress to get it. That's at least another TWO MONTHS of playtime. The game is great, but after a certain point it stops being a game and devolves into mindless resetting for a negligible boost. Fun game, but I don't recommend it if you're a completionist.

As always, indie games usually prove to be a level higher than the usual mobile game base. And this one is no different, very interesting and intricate progression, though it would be cool if there was some visual representation of the players choices and their extent of progress. Like maybe the runes would change color and shape, to seem more evil/eldritch, or something else depending on your decisions. Still, very good concept, effort, and execution.
