Very bad service in modifying flights. They want me to cancel the flight and deduct 10% of the ticket price that I booked online and return the amount to me after 15 days. After that, I have to make another reservation on the next flight, even though there are available seats. خدمة سيئة جدا ولا انصح باستخدامها على الاطلاق، خاصة نظام تعديل الحجز وتخيل كمان يفضلو موقفينك ٣ ساعات فى الشمس مستنى الرحلة ويقولك هى دى سياسة الشركة واصل السيستم مش هيقبل التعديل وكل ده عشان ياخدو فلوس ازيد من حقهم

The application stops working a lot.. You can't cancel / change a reserved ticket unless you go to store for no good reason!!! It doesn't show all available buses either because it forces you to choose office location or because it is getting closer to bus time (around 06 hours before the trip). It does not make your life easier as it supposedto do.

Should Called the Bugs App, payments are not working, only fawry and if you didn't capture the tickets payment reference you won't find it again, even from their confirmation email, really horrible app. also, ridiculously you can't reset your !, the app reset the tickets selection to Alexandria, so you might get screwed and pay for tickets to totally different city/government. unfortunately there's no 0 star, so I gave it one, for me it is the last time for sure.

Very very bad not to find the very common option of retrieving my forgotten - through the registed mobile number - in this poor application!!! The tech. team isn't helpful at all for this case !!! Update: Why you don't add ( retrieving the by mobile number) instead of email !!!? Simple and unforgettable for all the s! Also, I hope your tech care in replying to the sent emails !!!

Unreliable and deceptive. I booked a round trip from the app, on two different dates, however the app had a dysfunction and booked my going trip and return ticket on the same date and the amount was deducted from my Card. Please do not trust their app AT ALL for your own sake. When i called the call center, they told me that the amount will be refunded in 15 days and if not, I should be following up with them. It's their problem and I'm paying for it.

I just don't know which is worse, the app or the service itself. How they are operating things is chaotic..Each driver acts on his own and having a good experience depends on your luck..sometimes the same bus stops in the middle of the trip and other times it doesn't..Horrible system in general

it's really bad service, how to let customer service representative create a reservation and if the enger has any new issue,which need to amend the reservation,customer service tell the enger that they cannot amend and must office, however the enger booked by phone from beginning because of long distance between both locations!!!!!! really 👎
